Overview
The revocation period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
In order to exercise the right of revocation, the User must announce the revocation of the contract by means of a clear declaration. For this purpose, the User may fill out and submit the sample cancellation form.
The right to an extraordinary revocation of the tutor contract remains unaffected.
The tutor contract can only be terminated extraordinarily under official proof of the following reasons:
- in case of severe, persistent illness of the user, which makes the participation in the units unreasonable.
- in case of at least 3 months unemployment and the consequential loss of earnings (provided that employment was in place upon initial contract completion).
- in case of relocation abroad with such a large time difference that participation in the units is unreasonable.
- if no substitute teacher can be found within a reasonable time frame.
To cancel your GoFlex membership please follow these steps:
Log in to your profile on the website (gostudent.org) using your login phone number and 4-digit password.
In the top right corner, where your name (or the account holder's/student's name) appears, click on your name.
From the menu, select "Membership".
You’ll find the "Cancel membership" button right below the "Pause" button.
Once you click it, the cancellation fee will appear, and you will need to provide your reason for canceling. Then, click the "Yes, cancel" button.
⚠️Important: The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method we have on file. Once the payment is processed, your subscription will be canceled.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
A refund can take up to 21 working days. This includes the time that a refund takes to be issued and processed by both our system and the bank.
